George D. Cason & Mary E. Guthrie

George Dudley Cason, May 18, 1843 - Dec. 6, 1912. Mary Elizabeth Cason, Aug. 29, 1849 - Mar. 23 1939. George Dudley Cason was a son of William Cason and Sarah J. Overton. He was a grandson of William Cason and Nancy Hawkins, and, Reuben B. Overton and Elizabeth B. Wright. He was my 2nd cousin 3 times removed. He married Mary Elizabeth Guthrie. She was a daughter of Robert Ewing Guthrie and Mary Jane Chalfant. A granddaughter of Samuel Taylor Guthrie and Sarah Phillips, and, James R. Chalfant and Matilda Renoe.
