John L. Houchin and Linnie Sims

John L. Houchin, May 31, 1869 - Sep. 28, 1939. Linnie B. Houchin, 1878 - 1964. John Lewis Houchins was a son of James Otis Houchins and Martha Clopton, a grandson of James Overton Houchins and Elizabeth Sarah Hardin. On Dec. 5, 1899 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married Linnie Sims. She was a daughter of William Wilson Sims and Mary Frances Johnson, a granddaughter of William Sims and Elizabeth Duncan.
