Jos. D. Bartley, Nov. 28, 1840 - Dec. 22, 1924. S.A. Bartley, Oct. 1846 - Apr. 19, 1907. Joseph Davis Bartley was a son of John William Bartley and Winifred Bagby. He married Sarah Ann Wise. She was a daughter of Richard Wise and Martha Patsey Gilmore.
