Cecil Lawrence English, Feb 14, 1915 - Jan 22, 2003. Martha Ellen English, Dec 30, 1913 - __. Cecil Lawrence English was a son of Millard Filmore English, Jr. and Birtie Qualls. He was a grandson of Powell Qualls and Euphemia Altheiser. On Aug. 6, 1936 in Eldon, Missouri, he married Martha Ellen Schaefer.
