      Fulton Weekly Gazzette - October 24, 1902
      The suit of Mrs. Sarah E. Kemp against Thomas Muzzy, administrator of the estate of the late Peter H. Kemp was heard before Judge S.P. Beaven of the probate court Wednesday and after all the evidence was in, was dismissed on the motion of the defendant for want of jurisdiction. The suit was to recover $140 seized by the defendant as part of the estate and claimed by the plaintiff as individual property. Another suit between the same parties concerning the allowance for the support of Mrs. Kemp was tried on Tuesday.

      In 1910, she is a widow, living with son George and daughter Viola.

      Her parents were William Smith of Virginia and Nancy Ferguson? of Virginia.
      Mother's last name is very hard to read on Sarah's death certificate.
