    • Mr. DAVIS was united in marriage to Miss Barbara JORDAN, a native of Cole county, Missouri, and a daughter of William JORDAN, one of the pioneer settlers there. Mrs. DAVIS is a cousin of Mrs. Governor STONE. By her marriage she has become the mother of four children: Nydia, Nedia, William and Marie.

      She lived at 59 Summit Ave., Webster Groves, Missouri, at the time of her death. She was a widow, she had lived there for 12 years. W.T. Davis of 1234 Isabella, Evanston, IL. gave the information for her death certificate.

      Her parents were William Jordan and Barbara Winson, originally of Hanover Co., Virginia.
