    • He died at home at 402 Wisdom Street, Moberly, Randolph, Missouri. His occupation at death was simply listed as retired. His wife, Opal, signed his death certificate. He was never in the military. He died of Uremic Poisoning complicated by Cronic asthema and bronchitis, and Bright's Disease.

      It appears he had two wives before he married Opal.
