- Old Crain Graveyard located on Highway 111, between Popular Plains and Hillsboro. Most of the headstones have been destroyed. This graveyard was canvassed by William M. Talley in 1950.
This graveyard, which has been destroyed since it was copied in early 1950, was located on the farm of Cornelius Turner, about one and a half miles from Poplar Plains on the Hillsboro Road. The farm was owned by Jimmy Day at one time. Part of these stones were copied by Mrs. Leo Royse in the late 1940s and the others were copied by William M.
