  James Henry Chambers was born abt. 1766; he was underage at the time of his father's will, 15 October 1782. He married an unknown person about 1790. He was also known as Henry Chambers. On 26 October 1807 James Henry Chambers was signer of administration bond for his brother-in-law Timothy Holt at the time of his father Robert Holt's probate in Halifax County, Virginia.
