    John R. Nichols, July 21, 1862 - May 15, 1929. Ella Padgett Nichols, Oct. 3, 1871 - __. John Robert Nichols was a son of Robert Taylor Nichols and Mary Ann Howe. He was my 3rd cousin twice removed. On May 10, 1889 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married Ella M. Padgett. She was a daughter of James Alexander Padgett and Susan A. Corley. Her death…

      Lived in New York City in 1936...MCLutz

      He name is on her husband's headstone in New Bloomfield cemetery, but no date of death. I have not found a death certificate in Missouri, so if the above about her being in New York is true, then she probably died there. She may or may not be buried in New Bloomfield.
