• Death Certificates		Death Certificate of Houchins, Pauline 1 Nov 1919 - 26 Jan 1920. She was my 6th cousin once removed.

• Notes

  Her father gave the information for her death certificate. His address at that time was Guthrie, Missouri. Doctor stated that she had whooping cough since Christmas, they put her to bed at 6 p.m. and she was dead when they checked on her at 7 p.m. The census for 1920 was taken 10 days before she died, her two older sisters were not living at home at the time she died, they were probably staying with relatives because of the whooping cough.
