Mrs. Mollie Gingrich, who was born in south Callaway, died this week at her home in St. Louis, following a short illness. She was 75 years old. Funeral and burial took place at Ham's Prairie, north of Mokane. Mrs. Gingrich was a daughter of Oliver and Fannie Craighead, and was born on a farm near Ham's Prairie. She spent much of her life in that community. She was married to Newton Gingrich, who died about 25 years ago from burns received while he was combatting a brush fire on his farm. After her husband's death Mrs. Gingrich moved to St. Louis and had since lived there. She is survived by one daughter and one son.

Oliver N., son, 19 Bernice, daughter, 17 She lived at 700 N. Union, St. Louis, at the time of her death, She died in the Missouri Baptist hospital. She fell at home and fractured her right arm on Dec. 22, 1935. She was hospitalized and died from bronchial pneumonia. Oliver N. Gingrich, her son, gave the information for her death certificate. His address at that time was Sioux City, Iowa.
