| I believe this is Martha Hudson Criswell, wife of Robert Wesley Criswell. Born Dec. 26, 1837 Died Sept. 1, 1857. Married R. W. Criswell Oct. 15, 1856 in Callaway Co., Missouri. | |
| Stone is in pieces. This was Rev. James Criswell, born abt. 1806, died abt. 1861. On Oct. 15, 1835 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married my 2nd great grandaunt, Jane Gamble Allen. | |
| Jane G., stone is sunken into the ground, rest unreadable. It was located next to Rev. James Criswell and the Jane G. is readable, so assuming this was his wife, Jane Gamble Allen. She was a daughter of Joseph Allen and Mary Margaret Murphy, a granddaughter of John Allen and Margaret Gamble. She was my 2nd great grandaunt. On Oct. 15, 1835 in Callaway Co., Missouri, she married Rev. James Criswell. | |
