Simcoe, in memory of Rosa Kemp, wife of Dr. R.S. Simcoe, Apr. 14, 1881 - June 14, 1959. At Rest. Rosa W. Kemp was a daughter of Padfield Newbill Kemp and Margaret Lavina Steele. She was a granddaughter of Thomas A.H. Kemp and Maria Newbill, and, John H. Steele and Sarah Washington Kemp. She was my 2nd cousin 3 times removed. On June 7, 1916 in Callaway Co., Missouri, she married Reuben Sims Simco.
