Rachel D. wife of Robert F. Brooks, died Mar. 8, 1896 age 47 yrs 10ms 15ds. Mother of Fannie M. Jessie and John H. Brooks. Rachel D. Gray was a daughter of Alexander Gray and Elizabeth Ann Brooks. She was a granddaughter of George Gray and Fannie Brooks, and, James Brooks Sr. and Elizabeth Holt. She was my 2nd cousin 4 times removed. She married my 2nd cousin 4 times removed, Robert F. Brooks.
