Sampson, James M., Father, Dec. 2, 1841 - Dec. 6, 1915. Mary F., Mother, Mar. 11. 1848 - Feb. 3, 1895. James M. Sampson was a son of John Sampson and Mollie Ann Tinsley. On Jan. 18, 1865 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married Mary Frances Selby. She was a daughter of Robert and Artemesia Selby.
