John G. Vaughan, July 22, 1855 - Dec. 17, 1947. Caroline M. Vaughan, Mar. 2, 1857 - Mar. 9, 1902. John G. Vaughan was a son of Sandy Vaughn and Elizabeth M. Bullard. He was a grandson of Banister W. Vaughn and Martha Wilson, and, John M. Bullard and Parmelia Barger. On Oct. 3, 1878 in Callaway Co., Missouri, he married Caroline M. Dorton. She was a daughter of Willis E. Dorton, Sr., and Harriet Leopard.
