Simcoe, Mildred May, Feb 12, 1916 - July 19, 1999, R. Bernard "Doc", Nov 27, 1919 - Feb 18, 2002. Reuben Bernard Simco was a son of Dr. Reuben Sims Simco and Rosa W. Kemp. He was a grandson of Wharton Canada Simco and Julia A. Brockman, and, Padfield Newbill Kemp and Margaret Lavina Steele. He was my 2nd cousin twice removed. On Aug. 9, 1941 in Fulton, Missouri, he married Mildred May Harris. She was a daughter of Roy L. and Myrtle Bruner Harris
