May Irene, Tenderly Beloved and Only Daughter of W.R. and E.F. Carter. Sept 6, 1891 Dec 19, 1902. Bottom line of inscription is unreadable. May Irene Carter was the daughter of William Reily Carter and Ella Fleming. She was a granddaughter of John G. Carter and Matilda J. Herring. May was my 1st cousin twice removed.
