Frank Herring, born Apr. 11, 1887, Callaway Co., Missouri, died Aug 14, 1887 Callaway Co., Missouri. He was a son of Willis Dabney Herring and Lucy Emma Giboney, a grandson of George Washington Herring Sr. and Lucy Simco, and, Peter M. Giboney and Nancy Herring. He was my 1st cousin twice removed.
